Science teacher Riza Flores highlights the effectiveness of EEP in terms of developing teaching skills, teachers’ ability to collaborate with peers, and to improve student performance through lessons learned from EEP training. She also shares how the EEP actually transforms teachers’ attitudes and behaviors with regards to teaching as a profession, the teachers’ role in the community, and their significance in the lives of their students.

Being the first ever coordinator to have implemented EEP, Cristy Eisma underscores how the program has dramatically improved the performance of the beneficiary teachers, and its potential for replication in other schools.
