Alchemy was established in 2014 with the aim of empowering communities to improve the quality of education in schools, enabling these communities to meet the learning needs of children so that they can become productive citizens now and in the future. 

Alchemy is composed of education reform advocates who share one common goal—to empower schools to provide quality educational services for the new generation of children.
